The organization is a nonprofit organization incorporated and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended the Code. Such purposes include without limitation: i providing food and food security to vulnerable populations; ii supporting the arts artists and creators; iii promoting and supporting education; and iv economic development including but not limited to combating community deterioration.
