Pet assisted therapy and humane education:volunteers using their own pets which have been vetted by a & 0 staff visit various hospitals, va hospitals, nursing homes, other care facilities, colleges and high schools weekly or bi-weekly.total patients visits: 2,555staff and volunteers offer humane education on the importance of spay/neuter, proper care and protection and safety around pets to k-12 students in public and private schools and in an approved summer library program.students taught: 114
