Programs
2 programs
Boutique - if one has experienced a significant life change as a result of difficult circumstances, our program is here to support and serve as a bridge to help them to the next stage of life. The boutique is set to provide free clothing, accessories, and outerwear twice per year per client - once during the spring/summer season and once during the fall/winter season and serves residents from communities located in greater waterbury and litchfield hills.
Personal care closet - no matter your current life situation, practicing good personal hygiene and maintaining a clean home can leave you feeling revitalized. Our program provides you with the necessary supplies to keep both yourself and your living space clean and prepared to take on the day. Our volunteers have collected data to identify the circumstances our clients face. These include downsizing, inflation, loss of loved ones and primary income. The demand for our services has increased significantly, with over 65% of our clients being new to our ministry. Many struggle to meet basic needs, including hygiene and clean clothes. Our dedicated volunteers have distributed 82 items per person.
