Homebuyer coaching - homebuyer coaches provide families with confidential, one-on-one and group sessions designed to support families to improve their financial condition and prepare to be succesful homeowners. In 2024 2,573 families started homebuyer coaching and 310 families were successful in becoming first-time homebuyers.

Home rehab coaching - acts home rehab coaching staff represents families and individuals during coordination and execution of rehab plans. As experienced rehab professionals, staff support families in planning all repairs needed for decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable occupancy. In 2024, 82 families received these services.
