The aclea is a non-political, non-partisan organization whose specific purpose and mission is: -to establish a consortium of law enforcement professionals within adams county and provide a forum to examine, explore, discuss and debate the challenges and opportunities common to its membership. -to facilitate the exchange of ideas intended to improve the quality and delivery of law enforcement services within adams county. -to plan, create, equip, fund and maintain a quality law enforcement firearms training facility within adams county. -to leverage, secure, coordinate and schedule law enforcement training programs that are beneficial to all law enforecment or criminal justice organizations within adams county. -to encourage the cooperative and collaborative efforts among and between the various law enforcement entities within adams county.
