Mission
The purpose for which the corporation is formed is to educate the public about adaptive leadership by (i) conducting educational classes, workhops, seminars, conferences about adaptive leadership, (ii) providing small group consultations, (iii) publishing educational materials about adaptive leadership and,(iv) providing scholarships for adaptive leadership courses or conferences.

In june 2024, aln hosted its first international gathering in vilnius, lithuania with 24 global practioners. The 3-day program combined case discussions, peer learning, and contextual exploration to build relationships among those engaged in adaptive work and deepen reflection on leadership practice and complex challenges.
