Adonai Mitchell Foundation Inc

The adonai mitchell foundation (amf) is established for the purposes of providing support and social services to individuals and families of person(s) living with type-1 diabetes or other disparities. Families living with type-1 diabetes experience various issues including lack of education, lack of support, lack of empathy and feelings of shame and a sense of inferiority. The goal of amf is to empower persons living with type-1 diabetes to life beyond the diagnosis.
