To work in solidarity with partners around the world to overcome barriers to high quality health care and medicines, particularly for economically and socially marginalized groups. This means supporting coalitions around the world doing this work, but also working to break down double standards that persist in global health care policy.

Multidisease platform - working to design a patient and community centered global health delivery platform that screens for, provides care for, and monitors multiple diseases at once to provide more comprehensive care to individuals. Diseases include tuberculosis, hepatitis, hiv, and diabetes.

Mapping - the tb drug access atlas is a data driven tool developed through rigorous methods to understand activities of key stakeholders who are operating in the iqa sld landscape to address the burden of mdr-tb. This tool is meant to inform decision-making, understanding programmatic overlaps, and take advantage of shared strengths, with the goal to encourage dialogue and spur movement toward getting patients the drugs they need.
