Mission

Advance, Inc. (The Organization) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization located in Denver, CO with a mission to offer services to Aurora CO adults experiencing homelessness by creating a community that provides all the help required to those willing to work toward self-sufficiency; anyone who wants help gets help. Advance will be a community of inspiring individuals who believe in the innate capacity for change, accepting both potential and brokenness as part of humanity. The individuals served in their Transitional Homes will be referred to as Community Members. The Organization expanded in 2024 to include operating the Aurora Resource Day Center that serves about 65 unhoused adults daily as well as providing emergency cold weather shelter for up to 150 adults per evening. The Aurora City Council also approved Advance to be the sole operator of the Aurora Regional Navigational Campus beginning in late 2025.

Aurora Day Resource Center and Overnight Emergency Services: Successfully trained staff and implemented a new culture of service to support the unhoused guests. We consistently see about 65 people per day and offer them case management, hygiene products, and emotional support to address their underlining challenges.
