The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code; to sponsor and promote scientific research to aid in the education of students in cooperation with schools, colleges and universities in northern ohio, and to stimulate private industry support of and cooperation with such research; to sponsor, promote and disseminate scientific research in cooperation with schools, colleges and universities in northern ohio and to stimulate private industry support of and cooperation with such research for the purpose of aiding in the attraction of new industry to and encouraging the development and retention of existing industry in northern ohio; to engage in scientific research, workforce development and ancillary educational activiti
