In addition to scholarships, age africa provides girls at the organizations partner schools with age africas extracurriculat program chats throughout the year, and selected students participate in an annual all-scholars retreat. Chats equips girls with crital life and leadership skills while fostering peer support networks that strenghten their resilience and confidence. Chats focuses on leadership development, decision making, self-advocary, and pathways to higher education. Structured to three one-year modules, the chats evolves alongside participants, providing relevant guidance as they grow and face new challenges. In 2021, age africa expanded its lets chats radio programming nationwide, reaching approximately 4 million girls across malawi.

Age africa continues to strenghten its programs and deepening partnerships to ensure girls are supported in school and thriving as empowered leaders in their communities. In 2023, the organization began incorporating the adolescent girls agency survey into its monitoring and evaluation systems, enabling more meaningful measurement of girls agency and long-term impact of programs like chats. Age africa remains an active national girls education network member and servces as chait of the southern region chapter o fhte council for non-governmental organizations. Through ongoing commnity engagement, age africa is building stronger, more localized support for girls education while refining its data collection and evaluation practices to align with its evolving strategic goals.

Age africa supports secondary schoool alumnae as they transition into higher education and careers. In 2021, the organization launched a post-secondary scholarship program for secondary school scholarship recipients to continue their education at malawi public universities or vocational schools. Scholarships are awarded for up to four years to scholars meeting academic eligibility requirements, with 100 scholars currently receiving support.
