The nm guardianship project is a program that provides direct legal services to low income individuals and families in legal guardianship and adoption of minor children and developmentally disabled adult children in new mexico. The organization also provides information, referral, training, and forms to the public by phone, email, internet, and in their office. Advocacy provides powers of attorney, caregiver's affidavits, and free notary service through their web site and office. In 2024, the organization provided 240 hours to more than 800 families in new mexico.
