The well women wellness promotion program provides health promotion resources to help remove barriers to access to healthcare for minority women who live within underserved communities on chicagos southside. The organization conducted 98 outreach encounters during the year.

Absol-delicious for better health - is a community centered cooking class designed to empower participants with the skills, knowledge, and resources to prepare healthy, affordable, and delicious plant-based meals. This interactive program blends culinary instruction with nutrition education and practical strategies for improving food access. Conducted 49 workshops during the calendar year. (adew)
