Aua transforms food access, local economies, community wellness, and climate resiliency in chicagoland, through policy advocacy, education and resources to safely grow medicine and food.

Capacity building grant - provides farmers with capacity building grants and technical assistance. The organization aims to create a resilient, productive, and environmentally-friendly urban farming ecosystem.
Soil health program - partners with urban farm by co-creating educational workshops, zines, resource distribution (amendments, mushroom substrate), 1:1 assessments, monitoring soil biology (including microbes), pre and post free soil testing for heavy metals and nutrients, as well as crop nutrient density for urban farm partners.
Farmed animals, water access, farmer mentorship, workshops & events, organizing and advocacy.
