Ajac is an industry-driven apprenticeship organization, founded on the belief that mastery occurs on the job. Through pre-apprenticeship, youth apprenticeship, and adult apprenticeship, all people have the opportunity to earn competetive wages, find meaningful and fulfilling work, and pursue lifelong learning.
