The purpose of aelbu is to act as an advocate for workers and their employment rights: to provide access and information and education to help build the lives of workers and their families; to represent workers in areas of collective bargaining and/or neutrality agreements where necessary; and additional direct employer or association of emplyoer agreements to promote the greatness of workers and their contribution to the community; and build a more positive and productive work environment within the employment industry.
