Affordable Housing First Corp

The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively as a corporation not-for-profit and;for religious, charitable, scientific, literay and educational purposes, consistent with section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 as amended and the treasury regulations issued thereunder or the corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law. This corporation primarily is organized to develop, own and operate affordable housing to address the development of affordable communities for the very low to moderate income and to support and cordinate programs foradults with disabilities and homeless persons to facilitate the development of independent living, skills ad to solicit, receive and disburse funds in support of its own and similar programs and organizations.
