The organization provides consulting and management services to affordable housing communities. The organziaton receives consulting, development and management fees from these affordable housing communiities as a result of its efforts in developing and managing these communities.

Affordable housing insitute, inc. Seeks opportunitites to develop new affordable housing communities as well as rehabilitate and preserve existing affordable housing communities. In connection with these efforts, the organization receives lease revenue from land used by certain of these affordable housing communities.
