To develop and provide quality affordable housing for lower-income persons and families, and deliver services and programs for affordable housing residents in the communities served.

Resident services program ahpr provides residents and low-income neighbors with access to a variety of supportive services and programs including, but not limited to: food bank distributions, mobile health clinics, library programs, consulate services, summer programs, after-school activities, education scholarships, and other initiatives.
Youthworks program ahpr provides youth from kindergarten through college with homework and tutoring support, job skills training, work experience, college or trade school planning, community service opportunities, recreation activities, mentoring, and other supportive programs.
