Programs
1 program
Assistance to the community including staff support - our community support program plays a vital role in fostering community cohesion and addressing social isolation among the afghan community. Throughout 2024, we organized 10 major events with over 2,000 attendees, creating opportunities for social interaction, cultural celebration, and community building. These events are not only social gatherings but also platforms for disseminating vital information on topics like american culture, resource access, mental health support, and immigration. The program aims to strengthen communal ties, enhance cultural understanding, and provide educational resources. It underscores our organization's holistic approach to community support, going beyond immediate needs to foster a sense of belonging and collective growth. The total expenses for this program reflect our investment in nurturing a resilient and informed community.
