In 2023 ANAW-USA began implementing and funding projects that innovatively promote human-animal coexistence in Africa in the categories of wild, farmed, and domestic animals. These programs include our elephants and sunflowers project, elephant guardians program, youth animal stewards program, veterinary service trips, animal welfare clinics, and our farmed animal advocacy efforts.
