Aging in Hartland provides free services and information to older Hartland VT residents who wish to live out their lives safely and comfortably in their homes. We provide the services of two community nurses, we schedule social and informational events, we offer home repair services, and we coordinate with other agencies and organizations to meet the needs our our aging population.
