Western Region Joint Summer Meeting (June 24-28) a face-to-face meeting in Fairbanks, AK. Expenses incurred were for AV, space, meals, and events staff in charge of the event. Revenue came in the form of registrations for attending the event along with additional income from WEDA and W-APS to help cover the costs of the facilitator. The loss totaled $5,678.77.

NE Joint Summer Meeting (June 3- June 5) a face-to-face meeting in Providence, RI. Event expenses included space rental, AV, meals, costs incurred for events staff to attend the event, and Honorarium fees. Revenue came in the form of event registrations and the NE regional associations paid $12,420.82 to offset make sure the event had a breakeven profit/loss.

Western Region Administrative Officers Meeting (October 1- October 3) face-to-face meeting held in Cody, WY. Expenses incurred were for the event space rental, AV, meals, and shuttle bus. Revenue came from the meeting registrations for attending the WRAOM meeting. There was a profit of $749.34. The loss in 2023 was $700.

Civil Rights Compliance Collaborative (CRCC) (November 13- November15) a face-to-face meeting in Las Vegas, NV. Expenses incurred were for meals, event supplies, and on speaker honorarium. Revenue came in the form of registrations for attending the event. The event had a breakeven profit/loss.
