Aha Housing Development Corporation

As a nonprofit organization sponsored and organized by the albuquerque housing authority itself operating on a nonprofit basis pursuant to n.m.s.a. Statute3-45-9, the corporation's purpose is to assist and support the housing authority in financing, refinancing, constructing, operating, managing, supporting, establishing, in affordable housing endeavors, including participation in entities (including partnerships or other corporate entities) or providing public facilities.
