These include real estate development, asset and construction management, and administrative services that generate earned income, assess the health of our properties, work with property management companies, and support the nonprofit subsidiary ahc greater baltimore.

Community relations and resident services - ahc, inc's nationally recognized resident services division works with residents in four main program areas: financial resilience, health/wellness, education/youth development, and community building/engagement. Ahc, inc's community relations (cr) division provides communications, fundraising, and community building/engagement services that advance ahc inc's mission and contribute to community understanding of affordable housing and related issues. Ahc, inc is committed to seeking resident input and elevating resident agency in all we do.
