Household Assistance Program - ADFAC Inc.s HAP program provides aid to families in urgent need with basic survival necessities such as rent/mortgage/utilities assistance and provides counseling that promotes self-sufficiency and responsibility. Assistance is provided by contributions and support from individuals and organizations in the local community, private foundations as well as local utility companies and government grants.
