The Air Medical Memorial is a national memorial that honors flight crews who died in the line of active duty. This includes the pilots and medical crew members of both helicopter (HEMS) and airplane (FWEMS) operations. The total number of persons honored to date is 463 almost every state in the union. The overall objective is to develop a property near Littleton, CO to provide a permanent memorial to all of the souls lost
