135 air carrier certificate - this program provides the ability to support other nonprofit organizations that require air charter. These flights are intended to serve a public need in providing disaster and emergency relief, flying for environmental support, or supporting other community services missions such as non-critical medical flights. During emergency response, air transport services can make aerial assessment of damage, deliver emergency supplies, transport relief workers, and relocate survivors.
