Mission
The purpose of this association is to develop and provide recommendations regarding flight training. Training-related operations intend to enhance flight safety and global competency for current and future pilots/flight crews, intending to harmonize flight training standards globally. Amfta's activities include: 1. Developing and communicating recommendations regarding aviation training to regulatory bodies, including the u.s. Federal aviation adminstration (faa), the european union aviation safety agency (easa), the civil aviation adminstration of china (caac), and the national civil aviation agency of brazil (anac), the directorate general of civil aviation of india (dgca) as well as the international civil aviation organization (icao) and the international air transport association (iata).
