This program provides employment and training services to economically disadvantaged youth, adults, and individuals experiencing employment layoffs due to various factors.

Us department of health and human services: passed through the texas workforce commission: temporary assistance to needy families (tanf)- provides temporary assistance for needy families with services to end the dependence on public assistance by promoting job preparation, work and marriage.

Other regional programs provided by non-federal grants and other monies to promote employment in thirteen counties.
