This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (or the corresponding provision of any future federal tax law), including, without limitation, education, conservation, and defense of wildlife resources and any other lawful purpose.
