Faculty practice - faculty practice albany medical center operates a clinical practice activity (patient care) for the faculty of the albany medical college. 2024 experienced over 712,000 patient visits.

Expenses: $438.0M

Diagnostic and testing services - inpatient and outpatient services including diagnostic imaging, radiation therapy and cardiac catheterization. In 2024 professional services totaled 218,648 patient visits.

Expenses: $351.9M

Albany medical center hospital and affiliates:operating and recovery room: inpatient and outpatient operating room services including open heart program, transplant services and specialized trauma services. Approximately 29,107 total cases performed with 11,641 inpatient and same day, and 17,466 outpatient.other patient care based services: totaled approximately $115 million in expenditures. The group organization receives general expense reimbursements for related patient care services.laboratory services (adult & peds): inpatient and outpatient services including clinical chemistry, blood bank, hematology, serology and microbiology.the organization has certain other exempt function revenues which total approximately $5 million.instruction: as an educational institution, the main function is to teach approximately 800 students.research: as a medical college, the organization undertakes numerous research projects during the course of the year. Educational activities for these varied age groups follow a developmental sequence which includes age appropriate activities for the development of cognitive skills, fine and gross motor skills, social-emotional growth and activities of daily living skills.columbia memorial hospital foundation: the organization operates to assist the columbia memorial hospital to develop, expand and fund medical services provided to residents of columbia, greene, and northern dutchess counties, ny.kaaterskill commons, inc (kci): this organization owns and operates a 21 unit apartment project located in catskill ny. The tenants are qualify low income elderly.saratoga regional medical, p.c. (srm) is organized and operated for the purpose of promoting health by providing medical care to the community served by saratoga hospital. Srm also operates a nephrology site in glens falls, ny. Saratoga hospital medical group - nephrology at glens falls offers its patients an outstanding team of board-certified physicians, employing the most advanced diagnostic techniques to identify, develop a treatment plan, and manage kidney disease. In 2024, providers at this location saw approximately 2,600 patient visits. Saratoga hospital medical group pulmonology offers our patients an outstanding team of board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians, employing the most up-to-date equipment and advanced diagnostic techniques working within the full spectrum of pulmonary care. Among other conditions, our practice addresses copd (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), including emphysema and chronic bronchitis; asthma; interstitial lung disease; dvt (deep vein thrombosis); pulmonary embolism; chronic cough; lung cancer; sarcoidosis; pulmonary hypertension; pleural effusion; bronchiectasis; cystic fibrosis and pneumonia. In 2024, providers at this location saw approximately 6,300 patient visits. Saratoga hospital primary care saratoga is a primary care location that offers our patients an outstanding team of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers who are experienced in pediatrics and adult medicine. In 2024, providers at this location saw approximately 7,400 patient visits. The saratoga backstretch clinic offers hospital clinicians who provide primary care and behavioral health services, along with specialty services in dermatology and endocrinology to the racing community. In 2024, providers at the location saw approximately 600 patient visits.healthcare partners of saratoga ltd: the foremost commitment of healthcare partners of saratoga ltd (hcp) is to provide high quality, cost effective healthcare to individuals and families in the communities it serves regardless of a patient's ability to pay. Hcp actively supports community-based healthcare and promotes the coordination of services among healthcare providers and social services organizations. In addition, hcp seeks to work collaboratively with other health care providers to improve the health status of its region. Hcp is defined as an emergent care center, which is a cross between an urgent care center and a hospital emergency department. Therefore, the facility accomodates a wide range of medical needs. Hcp offers 24-hour access to emergencymedicine physicians for urgent care. These physicians are equipped to treat patients with any level of urgent care needs. Patients treated and triaged are discharged home with follow up to their primary care or specialist, thus avoiding an emergency room visit to their local hospital. During 2024, hcp accommodated approximately 52,000 urgent care visits. In addition, other services provided during the year included outpatient x-ray (24,600), ultrasound (11,118), computed tomography (14,900), magnetic resonance imaging (3,100 tests) and laboratory services (291,000 tests).nursing, therapy, and home health aide services: the purpose of the visiting nurse association is to provide resources and assistance in the management, planning and coordination of home health services and, in connection therewith, to be operated for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of the visiting nurse association of albany, inc. Albany med health system staffing alliance llc was formed to provide contracted/temporary personnel exclusively to its affiliated not-for-profit hospitals in the greater capital district region of new york state.
