The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide a sanctuary for children and families to receive free dance, fitness theater, art classes and nutrition education workshops. This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes and to assist other exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code or the corresponding section of any future federal code. The corporation was formed to meet the substantial requirements of the community.
