Aldea's mission is to improve lives and create bright futures for people (continued on schedule o)we serve by providing professional mental health, child welfare and support services in a manner that respects the dignity and individuality of each person.

Foster care & adoption servicesserving napa, solano, contra costa, alameda, and san francisco countiesaldea's treatment foster care and adoption services give children the opportunity to thrive in safe, stable, and permanent homes. We provide a full continuum of support, including emergency placement, treatment and intensive treatment foster care, adoption services, case management, and therapeutic support for children who have been removed from their birth families due to abuse, neglect, or emotional disturbance. In addition to direct services for children and youth, aldea actively recruits, trains, certifies, and supports resource and prospective adoptive parents to ensure every child has a nurturing and well-prepared home environment. (continuation on sch o)aldea also operates a transitional housing program for non-minor dependents, helping young adults successfully move toward independence. In the past year, aldea served 455 clients and their families through our social service programs.
