ALEPH fully embraces a contemporary egalitarian Judaism as a profound spiritual practice and social transformer, reaching beyond religious boundaries and institutional structures worldwide.

The Retreats and Training programs provide opportunities for deepening Jewish transformative experience and expression for spiritual seekers, as well as Jewish educators, teachers, and trainers. Retreats, training, and professional development programs include Kol Zimra Chant Leaders Training and SOULIFT Retreats.
The Fiscal Sponsorship Program acts as the Fiscal Sponsor for several communities and programs, which are unrelated to ALEPH and aligned with ALEPHs mission. These include Mitsui Collective in OH, Twin Cities Jewish Renewal Community in MN, Tikkun Leil Shabbat in Washington DC, Pardes Hannah in MI, Kol Israel Congregation of KY, Planetary Judaism in CA, Torah of Awakening in AZ, Joyous Judaism in GA, and OpenLev in MA.
