Mission
ALERT has the sole mission of engaging the community with police and law enforcement. In 2024, we have fourteen police and law enforcement partners and over fifty participating community partners. Our five events drew over 3, 000 community members and over 100 federal, state, and local police officers and agents. We use events to bring the community face to face with police. Carnival and a Sports and Skills event for families; Improving your quality of Life events for seniors; Awards ceremonies for community, police, law enforcement, and volunteers; Community Leader, Police, and Law Enforcement Summit to engage community leaders with the heads of police and law enforcement agencies.
