To support and promote the purposes and mission of the american nurses association and the lsna in the alexandria district 1, which is comprised of the parishes of avoyelles, catahoula, concordia, grant, lasalle, rapides, winn, and vernon. The association promotes the standards of nursing practice, nursing education, and nursing services as defined by the american nurses association.
