Alianzas strives for equity and the dignity of diverse communities regardless of their country of origin by providing services to the under resourced and by promoting intercultural exchanges to connect all individuals in the broader community,

Food Essentials Program: Provide culturally appropriate food, eliminating any documentation, proof of address, or identification for newly arrived individuals or any food insecure persons with these challenges, such as language or cultural barriers. Provide assistance to 50-55 households weekly, serviced 275 unique households

Mediation and Advocacy Services: Interventions on behalf of victims of wage theft, housing discrimination, and poor living conditions or any situation where culture and language can be a barrier to communication and equity. Services received by 650 unique households. Includes the Association of Parents United - Phoenixville Area School District parent-led group focusing on improving access to and quality of learning by partnering with students, families, and school administrators to identify barriers and to surmount them.

English Learners Program: A team of certified and retired volunteer teachers and tutors instructing participants in conversational English with a focus on equipping students to manage daily interactions. Accommodates 4 levels of proficiency for 125 participants.

Alianzas Leadership Academy and Support - A variety of programs, workshops, opportunities, and mentorships focused on elevating and equipping communities that are usually overlooked. Eleven individuals participated in the program.

Platicando Con Alianzas - Multi-level conversational Spanish group of 10 participants that meets weekly for one and a half hours with a focus on how to engage our Latino/Hispanic community in conversation and volunteering.
