The Aftercare Program provides support for those women who have transitioned from the Women's Care Center and are living independently. The program provides community, support, and wraparound services and did so for 35 individuals in 2024.

These services include referral to the appropriate social services agency, warm meals, water, personal hygiene, weather appropriate clothing, tents, heaters, propane and other items. All Among Us served 500 individuals through the Crisis Direct Aid Program during 2024.
