The all foundation of washington is organized exclusively for charitable, cultural, educational, literary, or scientific purposes, and specifically for the support of the its associated programs and collections, including historical collections, history museum, educational and cultural programs, scholarships, oral histories, biographies, monuments, artworks, state library, state archives, and public activities that inspire a deeper appreciation of washington state's heritage by offering educational opportunities and access to the collected evidence of its state history; the support of the washington talking book and braille library, a division of the state library, to provide library and educational services to the blind and sight-impaired citizens throughout washington state.
