All my usos mission is to provide resources and support to under-resourced and marginalized communities, with a specific focus to serve pacific islander families in san francisco and the greater bay area.

(dph/sfphf grant) healthy communities program the goal of this program is to decrease the prevalence of type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease in the pacific islander community in san francisco within 3 years and to decrease the occurrence of symptoms of these 3 conditions for participants of the olaga project. Olaga focuses on addressing chronic health issues such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity by raising awareness about nutrition and physical health within our community. This grant also funds the following programs:holiday assistance - meaalofa (gift) boxes: this program provides families with holiday meals and other necessities.olaga - nutrition services opportunities to live and grow for our aiga (family): this program focuses on addressing chronic health issues such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity by raising awareness about nutrition and physical health within our community.

Expenses: $130K

(scdc/pur collaborative grant) this is an organizational capacity building and coordinated services grant. This grant supports the fa'amalosi program which offers mental health programming specifically for youth and their families.

Expenses: $95K

(hrc/dki grant) community needs and outcomes grant. This grant supports the following programs:malaga through healing: this program provides grief and trauma support for families.family day trips - trips are designed to foster community ties, allowing families to build relationships in a fun and safe environment. The goal is to empower families to unwind, connect deeply, and enjoy valuable moments together.
