Our mission is to support and empower indigenous families in strengthening their child and family systems.

All nations rise goal is to provide educational and cultrual information to parents/guardians in tribal communities that include civic engagement activities/education, child development, and a cultural foundation curriculum. Ipli goal: for indigenous children and families to have access to information, programs, and resources to improve family well-being.impact: 28 parents, grandparents,and caregivers who care for 90 children have participated in the indigenous parent leadership institute (ipli). 2 cohorts have been completed, and a 3rd cohort has started. 4 ipli graduates became certified facilitators for phases i & ii of the national parent leadership institute. 83% of participants took steps toward education 94% of participants noted improved mental, emotional, and physical health 94% of participants advocated for their children or others

Goal: to have systems that are culturally competent and ensure equitable outcomes for indigenous children and families. Impact: through our first children first nations (fcfn) initiative, led in partnership with first childrens finance, anr worked with three tribal nations in minnesota to strengthen their child care systems. Using a culturally responsive community engagement and strategic planning process, anr helped each tribal nation: 1. Build consensus on the scope of child care needs 2. Gather and analyze data on child care supply and demand 3. Identify service gaps 4. Develop community-driven solutions 5. Receive on-site technical support to implement their plans
