All-options talkline all-options operates the nation's only toll-free talkline (1-888-493-0092) welcoming callers who need support related to pregnancy, parenting, abortion, adoption, miscarriage, and infertility. Staffed by a team of peer advocates, the talkline receives thousands of calls every year from people of all genders, ages, races, and religions. Our callers may be weighing their pregnancy options, processing feelings about a past abortion or pregnancy loss, or struggling to find the resources they need to care for their children or access abortion care.

Expenses: $164K

All-options trainings all-options offers a variety of online trainings for health and social service providers who wish to improve and deepen their skills in nonjudgmental all-options pregnancy counseling and referral. Our signature training is the pregnancy options workshop, which combines value clarification exercises, education about the landscape of abortion, adoption, and parenting services, and tools for practicing unbiased counseling and referral skills.

Expenses: $167K

Faith aloud faith aloud complements our secular and peer-based talkline by providing compassionate, nonjudgmental faith-based counseling for callers with spiritual and religious concerns about abortion and pregnancy decisions. Faith aloud (1-888-717-5010) counselors are clergy and spiritual care counselors of diverse backgrounds.
