All Out Action Fund, Inc. ("All Out") formerly Purpose Action, Inc., was formed for the purposes of uniting and coordinating the efforts of individuals in order to raise public awareness, promote activism, and combat prejudice and discrimination against members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community.

Grassroots lobbying programs include global pressure campaigns that normallystart as online petitions directed at decision makers for legislative change,including member generated petitions directed at decision makers for legislativechange.

Education Campaigns include all campaigns using several tactics - global pressure, media work, offline actions, etc... These campaigns are normally launched to shed light on a particular issue, educate or rally supporters to sign petitions or take action in order to save lives, pressure corporate entities, ask governments or agencies to address certain issues of inequality, and other global pressure tactics that don't include legislative change (ie: lobbying), including our Member Generated Petitions that dont include legislative change.

Expenses: $349K

Grassroots giving programs include all our crowdfunding campaigns connecting all out's large global audience to lgbt+ groups and emergency funding raised through other venues. Through this programming, all out supporters make small donations online to collectively fund the work of small groups around the world fighting to end inequality, discrimination, and injustices againstlgbt+ people.

Expenses: $213K

Training programs trains the next generation of activists. Since 2019, all out hasbeen training youn, lgbt+ activists around the world through the "fueling digitalactivism" training program. Through an application process and in persongatherings, all out trains burgeoning changemakers with the skills needed sothey can run their own mobilization campaigns for lgbt+ rights in their communities.
