Mission
To create, form and establish a volleyball club to provide instruction in volleyball and to offer physical recreation for children thus building on such values as teamwork, fairness of play, leadership and respect of others; to provide these opportunities to financially disadvantaged children seeking to excel in volleyball who would otherwise not have access to such opportunities.
Programs

The organization hosts weekend tournaments that take place at various new york volleyball gyms. The members of the organization are aged 14 through 18, and compete against other girls of the same age and at various skill levels. Young women from inner city communities and surrounding areas of new york city are taught the volleyball skills and game training to compete at the college and national level. Allstar teaches the skills and provides a forum for these women to be potentially recruited by various universities.
