Allegheny League Of Municipalities

The allegheny league of municipalities (league) was created to promote intergovernmental co-operation between the county of allegheny and its 130 municipalities by providing educational and informational services. The league provides a variety of educational services and programs that benefit these municipalities and allows them to operate in a more efficient and effective manner. In addition, the league manages a non-profit consulting service for the benefit of its membership. The program is designed to pair a qualified municipal administrator, generally in a part-time or casual capacity to assist the municipality with job searches, talent acquisition, strategic planning and organizational analysis to foster best practices in local government administration.
