To provide on-going educational enrichment opportunities for young men and women of the allen east school district by providing educational programs regarding prevention and dangers associated with drinking and driving, providing tutors for under-priviledged students and to provide funding for the purpose of establishing a building for concession purposes for athletic events located within the property owned by allen east school district.
