The corporation was formed for the purpose of operating a 14 unit project known as allen hearth apartments located in orangeburg, south carolina, which provides houisng for low income elderly persons. The corporation receives housing assistance from the u.s. Department of housing and urban development pursuant to section 811 of the national housing act, as amended.
