Public education and engagement around NY energy policy, regulations, and rate cases.

Programs

1 program

Our program EnergySmart CNY , in which we partner with several other local organizations, educates and connects renters, home and building owners with the many programs available to help reduce the costs of energy, like efficiency upgrades, heat pumps, and solar. During 2024, the program reached 1,900 individuals through events across the Central New York reigon. In followup outreach, our team worked with over 900 households on a one-on-one basis to connect them with state and federal programs that could help them reduce their energy use, reduce their energy bills, and/or reduce their environmental impact.
