Summer institiute programs provide vocabulary and training relevant to curriculum programs. Participants build context and mapping standards into a year-long plan that prioritizes standards using a pre-defined process. From these identified standards, a comprehensive standards-aligned unit is created and proficiency scales are developed as assessment and instructional tools. Participants also learn and develop formative feedback organizers and other student-focused and standards-aligned assessments. Participants also learn about standards-based reporting to provide accurate and meaningful grades utilizing the work of thomas guskey.
Pir days provide nationally recognized education speakers who are leaders in the field to speak to k-12 educators about trends, research, and best practices emerging in education.
Education software services help teachers assess and map student reading and math test scores to ensure that state k-12 standards are met. These services also provide teachers with curriculum resources that help them to better comply with state teaching standards.
